Just thought I’d share some recipes that I’ve come to love over the years. This first one is a cookie recipe that is gluten free, dairy free, and egg free. It’s super simple to do and it’s tasty. This recipe is easily made “Fibro-friendly”. You can stop this recipe at any time as long as you don’t plan to be away for too long, just remember to keep the mixer running.
This second one is a Vegan Fudge Cake recipe that I’ve used many times before. The key to this recipe is having everything at room temperature. I highly recommend using the soy milk over the almond milk unless you really enjoy the taste of toasted almonds as a complete cake flavour. If you choose to make this cake not vegan by substituting back in the milk, eggs, and butter, it’s a great recipe too. Be really gentle with this cake as it is a little more delicate than regular cakes.
This recipe can be stopped at any time up until you add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Then, it’s just putting it in it’s baking container and baking it. Very adaptable and can certainly be done over the course of the day – it also helps that this recipe requires everything at room temperature.
Both of these recipe cards were created using Pic Monkey. It’s quite fun to play around with and the free content is actually not too bad. I’d recommend even going with the paid option if you plan to use it over Photoshop. It’s self explanatory and very user friendly.
